
Claudia Hutchinson
Aim for Fitness is owned and operated
by Claudia Hutchinson. She is passionate about sports and an avid triathlete
and runner. Claudia has completed close to 75 triathlons and has run
the prestigious Boston marathon and is an Ironman Canada finisher.
Claudia is a Certified Nutrition Practitioner (C.N.P.) and graduated
from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She is also a Registered
Fitness Appraiser and a Certified Coach with the Ontario Association
of Triathletes.

Claudia will help you define your goals and then develop

of completing a running or cycling event? A triathlon or duathlon? But
didn’t know where to begin? Claudia enjoys working with people
and showing them how to eat for better performance and to improve their
overall health. She believes that nutrition and activity go hand-in-hand
to shape a healthy lifestyle.
Nutrition
Nutrition is a key part of your training program so detailed menu plans
and recipes will be developed to ensure you receive the nutrients you
need. Your nutrition program will be aligned with your training program
so you can achieve optimal results.
Exercise
Aim for Fitness can help you make your dreams a reality by developing
and delivering well-designed nutrition and training programs specifically
for you. This means that your program will be individualized taking into
account your goals, needs, physical fitness, schedule, and responsibilities.
