Welcome to CycleFit
Welcome to our cycling program. Spinning is a
high-powered aerobic exercise program that utilizes a specially
designed stationary bicycle and a series of cycling movements that
provide you with both a physical and mental workout. A typical
spin class lasts about 45 minutes and is led by a Spinning-Certified
Instructor. Your instructor will be there to provide you with encouragement
and support. At Cyclefit we are dedicated to provide you with a
motivating, challenging and satisfying workout to assist you in
achieving your fitness goals. During your workout the instructor
will use a variety of visual and auditory techniques to inspire
and motivate the class.
