After your initial contact with THP Construction and Scott Parker, you can arrange an appointment for a site visit.
He will discuss, with you, the scope of your project, design considerations, and budget. He can explain the necessary steps required to turn your idea into a reality.
We will then contact you and inform you of the approximate cost of the proposed project. If, at that point you wish to continue the process, we will arrange to meet with you again to modify and develop a final plan. Our computer software can create an actual 3D rendering of your custom home, addition, kitchen or basement development. This is a unique feature that takes the guesswork out of standard 2D drawings.
Finally a project schedule is completed and a date established to start the project. References are available.
